Eastern Province Municipality offered 11 investment sites for a number of public parks and gardens in the metropolis of Dammam with an area of half a million square meters to support the Saudi Green Initiative, improve environmental services and increase the green area in the region.

<The Undersecretary for Investments and Revenue Development, Engineer Hamdan Al-Aradi, explained that the offering of these investment sites comes within the targets of 40 investment projects with an area of 3 million square meters, as an extension of the translation of the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which focuses on developing the investment system, developing revenues, enhancing the elements of quality of life and financial sustainability, indicating that the duration of investment contracts starts from 25 years and can be extended.

Representative of the Undersecretary for Investments and Revenue Development, Engineer Hamdan Al-Aradi He added that the investment opportunities come among more than 207 investment opportunities offered by the Municipality, some of which extend up to 50 years with the aim of stimulating investors and attracting investments, noting that he reduced the bank guarantee to 25% and the exemption period up to 10% of the total contract period, in order to support investors and entrepreneurs and facilitate them and activate the economic movement in the region, calling on investors and entrepreneurs wishing to invest to contact the Investment Excellence Center at the Municipality or through the digital portal for municipal investment and the “Opportunities” application.
