The Secretary General of the Saudi Commission for Accredited Valuers, Engineer Faisal Al-Mandeel, revealed that the number of valuations of real estate assets that took place during the first half of the current year 2022 for more than 94 thousand valuations, exceeding 240 billion.

This came during the Real Estate Valuation Forum organized by the Riyadh Chamber, represented by the Real Estate Committee in cooperation with the Saudi Commission for Accredited Valuers “Taqeem” at the Chamber's headquarters in Riyadh, which was opened by the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chamber and Chairman of the Real Estate Committee of the Riyadh Chamber, Mohammed Al-Murshid.

The Secretary General of the Commission touched on the Commission's endeavor to carry out its roles in organizing the evaluation profession in the Kingdom, development, accreditation, control and awareness, pointing out that enhancing the quality of professional versions of a number of guides, standards and rules contributed to increasing the reliability of the reports issued and increasing the quality of evaluation reports from 40% in 2020 to 88% in 2021, noting the role provided by the evaluator in preserving rights, achieving justice and protecting interests.
