White Land Program invited landowners in Ahsa and Tabuk to develop their lands, announcing the issuance of fee bills for 1443/1444 AH in those cities.

The program explained that the deadline for payment of white land fees is one year from the date of issuing the invoices, during which the fee is paid or the land is developed by its owners, within the framework of seeking to increase the real estate supply of developed lands and reduce monopoly, by motivating taxpayers to develop their lands during the payment grace period.

The program stressed the importance of paying within the specified period, to avoid the consequent penalty of up to 100% of the value of the fee, in addition to paying the due fees.
