The Asset Recovery and Liquidation Center is offering 300 real estate properties in 16 public auctions

The the Enforcement and Liquidation Center “Infaẓ” has announced the holding of 16 public auctions, ranging from in-person to online auctions, to sell real estate in various regions of the Kingdom from October 24 to 31, 2022. The properties include commercial, residential, and agricultural land, as well as villas, mansions, and apartment buildings, with the auctions featuring more than 300 real estate assets.

The series begins with the “Mishraq Al-Batin” online auction, featuring 3 properties in Hafar Al-Batin, followed by the “Asail Al-Kharj” in-person auction for 26 properties in Al-Kharj Governorate, followed by the “Masharef Al-Janoub” online auction, featuring 45 properties in the Asir, Najran, and Jazan regions; then the “Aaradi Al-Khair” online auction, featuring 30 properties in Riyadh; followed by the “Diyar Al-Khair” online auction, featuring 26 properties in Makkah; followed by the “Rushan” in-person auction, featuring 24 properties in the Jeddah Governorate; then the “Rushan” online auction, featuring 5 properties in Jeddah and Makkah; followed by the “Arous Al-Bahr” online auction, featuring 4 properties in Jeddah; the “Al-Nour” in-person auction, featuring 23 properties in Madinah; the “Bawabat Taybah” in-person auction, featuring 21 properties in Madinah; and the “Nujum Najd” online auction, which features 10 properties in the Riyadh region, followed by the West Coast online auction, which features 15 properties in the Jeddah Governorate, followed by the Pearl of Tabah online auction, which features 12 properties in Madinah, followed by the Al-Dana Online Auction, which features 12 properties in Al-Ahsa; the Al-Joud Online Auction, which features 10 properties in the cities of Tabuk and Tayma; and the Kunooz Al-Hijrah Online Auction, which features 57 properties in the Jeddah Governorate.

It is worth noting that the Support and Liquidation Center “Enforcement” is an independent government center and one of the initiatives of the National Transformation Program under the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. It works to assign liquidation and sale activities to technically specialized private-sector entities, and supervising the liquidation of real estate and movable assets assigned to it by judicial authorities, the private sector, individuals, or private estates, thereby contributing to the expedited fulfillment of rights and the satisfaction of beneficiaries.
