modern design concepts for residential and commercial buildings are among the most important factors driving real estate purchases, especially since families prefer the latest trends in interior design and styles suited to those building their residential future with plans that align with technology and the changes dictated by the times, especially if the family is young and seeking a lifestyle that moves away from tradition and imitation.

Since innovative and creative designs play a major role in the appeal of various real estate units, this requires real estate developers to pay greater attention to incorporating new designs into residential buildings, especially in emerging neighborhoods; to make them desirable, as these neighborhoods currently lack appeal in the real estate market and will take years for people to become accustomed to them; and this responsibility falls on developers, engineering firms, and those interested in understanding the desires, needs, and preferences of young people; so that residential units do not remain unsold in neighborhoods that are still waiting for people to come and develop and live in them.

We must also take into account the fast pace of life, so if owners wish to sell their properties quickly, they must be unique in every way—especially in terms of decor, interior design, and the use of open spaces. Such factors serve as a realistic indicator for gauging real estate transaction activity in these areas, in addition to the availability of services, a strategic location, the presence of numerous large markets, proximity to the city center, and access to recreational facilities—which are considered the most important factor in quality of life according to the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
