It was revealed that Real Estate Developers Services Center “Etmam” announced the approval of 24 residential projects by the end of the third quarter of 2022, with the total area of the plans exceeding 39 million square meters from the beginning of the year through the end of the third quarter. This is an extension of the ongoing efforts by the “Etmam” Beneficiary Services Center to facilitate real estate development.

The increase in the number of approved plans is a result of the mature partnership with providers and owners of real estate development-related services through an integrated platform that meets all the needs of real estate developers; in line with Etmam’s objectives to improve the sector’s performance, increase its contribution to GDP, enhance the real estate supply, and enable citizens to access suitable housing; to raise homeownership rates to 70% in accordance with the targets of the Housing Program —one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030—
