The Administrative Affairs Department is responsible for operating and maintaining the company's cars and following up on everything related to them from renewing car licenses and visiting the dealer for periodic maintenance.
- Contracting with mobile phone companies and providing lines for employees to facilitate them, and the Administrative Affairs Department also follows up on the payment of employees" bills so that the service continues.
The archive (the place where official papers and contracts are kept) is also within the jurisdiction of the Administrative Affairs Department, where documents and official papers are kept in a safe place and are saved in a scientific and thoughtful way either according to the date of the document or according to the alphabet for easy retrieval and delivery to the official with a temporary receipt until it is returned again.
