Beware of six points before you take the mortgage and sign the contract:

1- Beware of self-building if you have no liquidity and your salary is average and lower.

2- Buying land for investment through real estate financing.

3- Investing through real estate financing.

4- Exaggerating the amount of financing especially if your salary is average and lower.

5- buying a house without checking the quality of construction and taking guarantees and official papers.

6- Don't extend the financing period beyond retirement.
