The Saudi Authority for Certified Appraisers “Taqeem“ announced that it will offer more than 200 training courses in 2023, through which it aims to train more than 3,000 participants in person and remotely, in the fields of real estate appraisal, economic facilities, machinery, equipment, and movable property, as well as vehicle damage assessment.
“Taqeem” explained that, through its training courses, it seeks to enhance participants“ knowledge, improve their efficiency, develop their capabilities, and equip them with the knowledge and skills that will help them perform their professional duties effectively, in accordance with best practices, standards, and internationally recognized curricula specialized in the fields of valuation, as well as opening the door for more candidates to pursue a career in valuation, as the evaluation profession is considered one of the most promising fields, offering exceptional career opportunities and contributing to the protection of rights and the achievement of justice among beneficiaries through the provision of professional services and high-quality evaluation reports.
The "Appraisal Academy“ offers training courses led by a group of local and international instructors and awards accredited professional certifications in real estate appraisal, economic facility appraisal, as well as the valuation of machinery, equipment, and movable property, and vehicle damage assessment. These certifications are among those accredited under the Kingdom’s Professional Certification Support Program administered by the Human Resources Development Fund ”Hadaf,” for those who obtain fellowship membership after completing the training track and the required hours of experience. It also provides an opportunity for employees of government and private entities who wish to develop their skills and education by joining training programs in various branches of valuation.
