The Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing is working hard to improve the visual scene to a very large degree, in line with the generous utilization of all the capabilities enjoyed by the Kingdom, for example, professional foundations have been established for illuminated signs and real estate advertisements, how to deal and dispose of construction waste, afforestation of roads and streets, and other positive aspects that enhance the visual scene.

<On the other hand, real estate and contractors must not forget their pioneering role in beautifying cities, villages and residential neighborhoods, by putting eye comfort and safety within their plans in the establishment and development of residential plans, by unifying the external design of housing, roads, bridges and tunnels in one road. We have great confidence in the real estate sector to put its prominent imprint in every city, and perhaps the field has a significant space for imagination and creativity in how to reduce distortions and draw a vivid real estate image at the entrances of cities and their suburbs derived from the spirit of each region, its culture, history and civilization.
