The New Square project will add more than 100,000 luxury residential units to the real estate market upon the completion of its phases in 2030
It also marks the launch of the Al-Khuzam and Al-Fursan neighborhoods, featuring nearly 80,000 residential units to the north and east of the capital, with prices starting at just 350,000 riyals
