Ahsa Municipality launched on Wednesday its campaign to monitor violations of non-compliance with the issuance of licenses fencing space through the "Baladi" platform, in accordance with the models, criteria and regulations approved by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.Net.sa/54101/“>Fencing of vacant lands through the ”Baladi" platform, according to the models, standards and controls approved by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.

The Municipality explained that the Ministry seeks to control the space lands located in the main axes, unify their appearance with the surrounding buildings, reduce the accumulation of waste inside them, protect them from encroachments, clarify the boundaries of ownership of the land, and contribute effectively to the development process of cities and their humanization by addressing visual distortion, improving the urban landscape, preserving pedestrian rights and raising the quality of life, indicating that the penalty for non-compliance with the issuance of a license to fence the space land is (80 riyals for each square meter).

The Municipality added that the fine for non-compliance with the issuance of a license to fence the space land is estimated at (80 riyals for each square meter).

<She added that the targeted axes for fencing of vacant land in Al-Ahsa metropolis includes 21 roads, namely: Dhahran Road, Al-Ayoun, Al-Aqeer, Medina, King Abdulaziz, Jafar Al-Tayyar, Prince Saud bin Jalawi, Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz, Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, Ain Najm, Prince Faisal bin Fahd, Prince Miteb bin Abdulaziz, Arabian Gulf, Riyadh, King Saud bin Abdulaziz, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, King Abdullah Circular, King Fahd bin Abdulaziz, King Faisal, Mecca, and Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz.

Roads in Al-Ahsa metropolis include 21 roads.
