He explained that new legislation that secured controls and stability, preserved rights and stimulated the investment environment opened the way to target opportunities for youth, and the real estate industry became more innovative and artistic.
Mohammed Al-Murshid, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Real Estate Committee at the Riyadh Chamber, said that the committee has taken it upon itself to harmonize the objectives of real estate and its community, tools and capital in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, adding that there are quality projects awaited by the world and the Kingdom in terms of type, quantity and specifications, carrying a renewed start that takes into account the quality of life and simulates the best methods of smart architecture.
