His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, launched yesterday, Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition in its new edition for 2023, which will be held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center from March 7-10, in the presence of a number of senior officials from government agencies, financing bodies and real estate development companies.

He witnessed during the opening ceremony the launch of 4 real estate funds with a total value of more than 4 billion riyals, to provide 4,000 housing units in each of Riyadh and Medina on an area that exceeds 1 million square meters.

During the opening ceremony, Al-Haqeel witnessed the launch of 4 real estate funds with a total value of more than 4 billion riyals to provide more than 4 thousand housing units in both Riyadh and Medina on an area of more than 1 million m2, and sponsored the signing of a number of agreements and memorandums of understanding.

During the first day of the exhibition, an agreement was signed between National Housing, the “Modern Construction” initiative, and three manufacturers of modern construction techniques service providers, Seabrooks Light Buildings, Care International Quadratix, and Forsa Technobuild, to provide modern construction methods to individuals, with the aim of enabling them to increase the housing supply, promote and open the market for modern techniques for individuals in self-build projects, and raise the quality of the housing supply in less time and competitive cost.

National Housing and the “Modern Construction” initiative signed an agreement with three manufacturers of modern construction techniques service providers, Seabrooks Light Buildings, Care International Quadratix, and Forsa Technobuild.

Riyadh Real Estate Show will have wide participation from real estate development and marketing companies, financing entities, Saudi banks and institutions specialized in housing and real estate affairs in the public and private sectors, which provide unique housing and financing solutions that suit various Saudi families and meet the Kingdom's 2030 vision.

In this edition, the exhibition will include 8 dialogue sessions focused on: (the real estate industry and the role of the government and private sectors, sustainability and quality of life in the real estate sector, urban development and Saudi innovation, digital transformation in the real estate sector, affordable housing, real estate brokerage, housing projects, challenges and solutions, a success story by balancing quality and price).

Riyadh Real Estate Show is welcoming visitors at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center from Tuesday to Friday (March 7-10, 2023), from 12:30 pm to 10 pm, to see the latest residential projects and financing solutions offered by real estate development companies and financing entities.
