The Ministry explained that all residents of GCC countries can now enter the Kingdom with an electronic tourist visa by applying through the “Spirit of Saudi Arabia” platform, provided that the residency is valid for at least three months, including first degree relatives of the residence visa holder coming with him, and domestic service workers coming with their sponsors.
