SEDCO Development Company, a subsidiary of SEDCO Holding Group, the master developer of Al Ahli SEDCO Housing Development Fund, plans to develop more than 370 residential units of various sizes within the Gardenia Residence project owned by Al Ahli SEDCO Housing Development Fund in Jeddah, in agreement with Ghoneim International Contracting Company Ltd. The project implementation period is (19) months and the project will be completed by the end of 2016.

The contract was signed for SEDCO Development Company by Engineer Khaled Asad Jamgoum, CEO of the company, and for Ghoneim International Contracting Company Ltd. The contract was signed for SEDCO Development Company by Khaled Asaad Jamgoum, CEO of the company, and for Ghoneim International Contracting Company Ltd. by Saeed Ghoneim, General Manager of the company.

For his part, Engineer Khaled Jamjoom confirmed that this residential project is implemented on a land estimated at 26 thousand square meters, which was previously acquired by the Fund through SEDCO Development Company, noting that the project is located west of the city road.
