Complementing the development led by the General Real Estate Authority, “Val Real Estate License” was issued, which gives the practitioner an official document to practice the specific real estate activity, followed by the Val License for real estate platforms, which in turn serves to narrow the space for violators of the system and distortion of the real estate market, which has become serious and official.
