The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz - may God protect him - issued royal orders at dawn on Monday, the twenty-sixth day of the blessed month of Ramadan 1436 AH, which included:

<Appointing Mishaal bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed as Governor of the Northern Borders with the rank of Minister.
- Appointing Majid bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Hogail as Minister of Housing.
- Hamad al-Suwailem was relieved of his post and Khalid bin Abdulrahman al-Issa was assigned to the work of the head of the Royal Court.
