“Enforcement”: More than 16 billion riyals have been recovered since the establishment of the attribution and liquidation center

By the end of the first half of this year, Enforcement and Liquidation Center revealed that it has achieved record numbers in the volume of amounts recovered, which exceeded more than 16 billion riyals since the establishment of the center, and announced the recovery of more than 4.5 billion riyals, during the first and second quarters of 2023 by selling more than 2,400 real estate assets.

In the first half of this year, Enforcement revealed that it has supervised more than 567 public auctions, including 125 auctions. “Enforcement explained that during the past six months it has supervised more than 567 public auctions, including 125 in-person auctions, 418 electronic auctions, and 24 hybrid auctions; for the purpose of liquidating and selling more than 2,400 assets ranging from residential, commercial, agricultural and industrial properties distributed across different regions of the Kingdom.”

The Center indicated that these results are a remarkable development in the Center's performance compared to previous years, due to the efforts made to govern its work and build partnerships with the government and private sectors to liquidate the real and movable assets assigned to it by the courts of execution and personal status for estates and commercial courts for real estate contributions.

Assignment and Liquidation Center signs 8 memorandums of understanding

The center also signed 8 memorandums of understanding to build complementary and cooperative relationships to enhance the principle of data governance and hold seminars and events that will enrich the community and strengthen the relationship with the beneficiaries.

The Attribution and Liquidation Center is keen to promote the principle of data governance. <The Attribution and Liquidation Center is keen to introduce its services to beneficiaries from individuals and the public and private sectors through periodic workshops in partnership with the Kingdom's Chambers of Commerce; this year, it held quality workshops targeting the business sector in each of (Makkah, Tabuk, Arar, Al-Jouf, Taif, Al-Baha, Abha, Al-Ahsa) to highlight the main role of the Center in the speedy recovery of rights, present its services and highlight the economic opportunities available in selling and liquidation to attract service providers of various categories such as: (sales agent, lawyer, chartered accountant, engineering offices, resident, receiver, judicial treasurer), where the number of accredited service providers reached 182 establishments and 5 electronic platforms to hold public auctions, thus contributing to the promotion of business opportunities in the private sector in a competitive and transparent manner.
