With a sales value of more than 2.4 billion riyals from the rights of heirs or creditors, Enforcement and Liquidation Center has, by the end of this year, overseen the organization of more than 200 public auctions, selling more than 2,900 properties in 39 cities and governorates around the Kingdom, since the start of its operations in September 2020.

The types of public auctions organized by the center varied, with 126 in-person auctions, 81 electronic auctions and four video auctions, in which the center attracted more than 1,500 commercial establishments providing marketing, auctioning, asset valuation, legal services, receivership, engineering services and other services necessary for the sale and liquidation business, as more than 170 competitions were offered and awarded to qualified registrants on its electronic platform.

Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah are at the forefront of the most auctioned cities, with more than 1,500 real estate assets offered, in addition to more than 1,400 movable assets.

The Center provides liquidation and sale services in what is assigned to it by the judicial authorities from the execution departments or personal status courts from heirs transactions, personal debts or private estates; to reduce the burden on the courts and integrate with the judicial authorities, and the Center contributes as a body aimed at enforcing justice and preserving rights in urging debt holders to commit to payment, and the Center provides its services to other non-judicial government agencies, as well as the private sector or individuals wishing to benefit from its expertise and specialization in supervising liquidation and sale work.

The Attribution and Liquidation Center "Enforcement" is one of the initiatives of the National Transformation Program, which aims to achieve the Kingdom's Vision 2030 through excellence in government performance, integration with the judicial system and the development of services provided to beneficiaries by preserving asset values and accelerating the recovery of rights.
