Saudi Geological Survey has achieved a new global achievement, by obtaining a 4-star International Best Practice Certificate “IBPC”, within the participation of the Authority in the 9th International Best Practice Competition for 2023; based in New Zealand through the Geological Risk Digital Platform project “Rawasi”, which was launched in the middle of this year 2023.
Spokesperson for the Saudi Geological Survey Tariq Aba Al-Khail, The new achievement is in addition to the Authority's previous achievements, through which it worked to highlight its efforts in developing and digitizing its scientific and research outputs, in line with global reference comparisons and serving the community and researchers.
Abu Al-Khail noted that this distinction achieved by the Authority came as a result of the effort and hard work of its national cadres, and this achievement was not the first for the Authority, as it is an integral part of its many achievements at the regional and global levels.
