The train is scheduled to cover a distance of 100 km, which is the distance currently allocated to it on the railway track during trial operations, and this distance will be gradually increased with the increase in speed, which the company is working to reach 200 km per hour.
The company's Director of Public Relations and Media said that it will use this track for testing operations, after completing all the tests of the train with the aim of ensuring the efficiency of all its mechanical and electrical equipment. The company's main objective is to ensure the safety of the trains before launching the service to transport passengers, indicating that preparations are currently underway to complete all the requirements of this vital project that connects Riyadh to Qurayyat through Majmaa, Qassim, Hail and Al-Jouf.
