The Tabuk Chamber of Commerce organized today an introductory meeting on stimulating real estate development for sale or lease projects on the map, in cooperation with the General Secretariat of the Wafi Committee for Sale or Lease on the Map. The meeting dealt with many topics, most notably the definition of the off-plan sale or lease committee, the criteria for qualifying real estate developers for off-plan sale projects and the incentive products for the real estate developer to provide suitable residential products.

The Wafi Committee is the body authorized to regulate and license the activity of off-plan sales projects for different purposes of their development to preserve the rights of contractors and fulfill the obligations and duties of each party.
