The term “occupational burnout“ is often heard. Perhaps the research conducted by the company Makanzi in the first quarter of this year, which included a number of four thousand employees from four Gulf countries, namely Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and Qatar, which according to the study showed that one in three employees suffer from job burnout, or one third of employees, which is considered higher than the global average of one in four employees, which is usually one quarter of employees!
