Under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, Riyadh will host the Future of Real Estate Forum in its third edition, from January 22 to 24 under the theme “The Power of Resilience… Building a Sustainable and Prosperous Real Estate Future.” More than 85 countries and 300 speakers representing the public and private sectors will participate in the forum, alongside a select group of economists, investors, decision-makers, and experts from the real estate sector at the local and international levels.
On this occasion, the Ministry’s official spokesperson, Saif bin Salem Al-Suwailem, stated that the third edition of the Future of Real Estate Forum stems from the importance of the real estate sector as one of the most economically and socially active development sectors, and as an extension of the forum’s vital role in opening new horizons of knowledge and the exchange of local and international expertise and experiences. He expressed his welcome to all countries, entities, and individuals participating in the forum.
Strategic Themes at the Future of Real Estate Forum
The the forum a range of key strategic themes through more than 30 panel discussions and 25 workshops, focusing on new innovations in the real estate industry, sector developments, key challenges, new opportunities, and emerging trends in real estate, as well as discussions on sustainable financing solutions, the impact of natural factors on the real estate industry, and its role in improving business quality.
It is worth noting that the third edition of the Mustakil Real Estate Forum will feature an accompanying real estate exhibition to enrich the real estate content, with the participation of major local and international companies and organizations, as well as leading investors contributing to the real estate ecosystem around the world.
