His Excellency the President of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, Eng. <His Excellency explained during his participation in a session titled “The Ideal Mix. The Future of Real Estate Forum, that the Royal Commission carries out comprehensive management in education, health, hygiene and afforestation in coordination with the relevant authorities, and manages four industrial cities in Jubail, Yanbu, Ras al-Khair and Jizan, with areas exceeding 2000 square kilometers, and uses houses of expertise in building and planning cities and integrated infrastructure with advanced technologies.
Engineer Al-Salem spoke about the importance of real estate in the cities of the Royal Commission. Engineer Al-Salem talked about the role of the Royal Commission in promoting integration and balance between the real estate and industrial sectors based on the development of the master plan of the city, indicating that the Commission is working on a number of projects to raise the quality of life in real estate development associated with industrial projects.
