With an investment value of 150 million riyals, construction and development work has begun in King Abdullah Economic City on the largest residential complex for workers, spanning an area of approximately 104,000 square meters and with a capacity for more than 4,000 workers. Under this project, Namarq Al-Arabiya Services Limited is carrying out the project in two phases, the first of which is scheduled to be completed in 2016. This project is expected to contribute to providing a suitable housing and living environment for workers involved in the construction of various development projects within the economic city.
On this occasion, Fahad Al-Rashid, Managing Director and CEO of King Abdullah Economic City, explained that the new workers“ housing project is in line with the city’s goals of promoting social and economic development, emphasizing that King Abdullah Economic City is determined to fulfill its promise to provide a work, residential, and recreational environment for all residents and workers in the city.
