The “Roshon” Group has signed agreements and contracts with local partners to accelerate the delivery process throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The signed partnerships included the design and construction of more than 400 single-family homes, public facilities, and services in the F1 and D1 neighborhoods of Roshen’s Al-Fulwa community in the Eastern Province, as well as the design and construction of drinking water and sewage pipelines, land plots for sales centers, site coordination and infrastructure development, and data collection and studies for the Al-Fulwa project.
A cooperation agreement was signed between Saudi Ceramics Company and the “Roshon” Group in the field of ceramic products, reinforcing Roshon’s current efforts in water and energy conservation, which already exceed the required Saudi Building Code standards.
Multiple partnerships to build a thriving economy
Roshon’s partnerships with Al-Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company and Ansab General Contracting Company, and Saudi Ceramics Company, to fulfilling its commitments under Vision 2030 to build a prosperous and diversified economy that promotes local content, introduces new industries, attracts strong investments, and creates opportunities for entrepreneurs. These partnerships are based on recently signed agreements, including Roshen’s billion-riyal partnerships with Saudi companies such as "Marine Services Projects Company" and “Abar Al-Mamlakah – SABK.”
The partnerships were signed during Roshen’s participation in the Public Investment Fund–Private Sector Forum, in line with its role as one of the Public Investment Fund’s major projects and a vital enabler for achieving the goals of Vision 2030, including private sector expansion, job creation, and economic diversification.
Roshen’s interactive booth at the exhibition featured LED displays showcasing its mixed-use projects, which offer Roshen’s new lifestyle supported by integrated facilities and advanced technology.
In the same vein, the Group highlighted the opportunities it creates for private-sector companies, as well as regional and global firms, to become part of Vision 2030, which seeks to enable sustained long-term growth by supporting these partnerships.
Ambitions and Future Plans
The Commercial Affairs Department at the Roshon a workshop on demand indicators in collaboration with private-sector entities to showcase job opportunities with the Group, present further insights into the values that guide its business and partnerships, and answer direct questions from the audience. The team also presented insights and ideas on the group’s strategy, aspirations, and future plans, which will provide further opportunities for partnership and collaboration.
