The National Housing Company (NHC) is participating as a Diamond Sponsor of the "Restatex" real estate exhibition, which kicked off the day before yesterday and runs through February 21 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, bringing together real estate professionals—including developers, marketers, financiers, and investors—as well as members of all segments of society under one roof.
“National Housing” welcomes visitors interested in learning about projects located in the suburbs and communities, and is featuring the Al-Fursan suburb in Riyadh, which is considered the largest residential suburb in the Kingdom.

The National Housing Company’s sponsorship of this event stems from its role as a leader in real estate development, where, through its participation, it showcases the latest suburbs and urban communities that have contributed to increasing the real estate supply in the Kingdom and brought about a qualitative leap in living standards, with 11 real estate developers participating in its pavilion; to showcase the services offered and the ease of digital procedures, and to provide individuals and investors with innovative housing solutions for purchasing residential units and registering interest in projects available to all segments of society.
The company is providing insight into its substantial business volume and targets for 2024, during which it will launch more than 88,000 residential units and will work to launch numerous investment projects worth over 6 million riyals, including office and hotel towers, as well as commercial, entertainment, healthcare, and educational centers, during the current year—a project that may be the largest in the Middle East—through collaboration with successful local and global partners.
