Data released by Saudi Central Bank “SAMA” revealed that the total real estate financing provided by banks and finance companies increased during the fourth quarter of last year 2023 to exceed 791 billion riyals, compared to 747 billion riyals in the third quarter of the same year.

The data also showed that commercial banks acquired the largest share of real estate financing in the fourth quarter with 767 billion riyals, while the share of financing companies recorded 27.1 billion riyals.
