He added that the guide is based on the best international practices and approved standards, including the standards of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing. <He added that the guide covers all aspects of excavation work, from planning and issuing permits to implementation and safety management, as it includes detailed guidelines on the use of barriers, warning signs, and work area lighting to ensure the safety of workers and residents alike. The center called on all service providers and contractors to adhere to the guidebook to improve the level of service provided in a way that contributes to the efficiency of infrastructure projects.
