The real estate registration process requires a title deed that meets regulatory requirements.

The purpose of real estate registration is to enhance reliability in the real estate sector and increase transparency.

Upon commencement of registration, a ”property number" and a title deed will be issued for each registered property unit.

The title deed will include the property’s details, description, condition, and associated rights and obligations, along with precise geospatial information.

The Authority urges property owners in eligible neighborhoods to verify their property title deeds and ensure they meet the necessary requirements before registration begins.

Inquiries about the registration process can be made through the Authority’s official platforms or by calling the Customer Service Center at 199002.

This step is part of the General Real Estate Authority’s efforts to regulate the real estate sector and achieve stability within it, for the benefit of property owners and investors in the Kingdom.

Through this step, the Authority seeks to:

  • Strengthen confidence in the real estate sector
  • Achieve transparency
  • Facilitate real estate transactions
  • Improving the real estate investment environment
  • Supporting economic development
