The real estate registration for 113,541 real estate plots in 11 neighborhoods in Riyadh begins today, Sunday, until the end of October 31, 2024, corresponding to 28 Rabi'II 1446 AH.
The General Authority for Real Estate explained that the neighborhoods benefiting from the real estate registry in this phase include the following neighborhoods: (Tuwaiq neighborhood, part of Aridah neighborhood, King Abdulaziz neighborhood, Al-Sulaymaniyah neighborhood, Al-Wazarat neighborhood, Al-Fakharia neighborhood, Alisha neighborhood, Al-Sinaiya neighborhood, Al-Khalidiyah neighborhood, Al-Defense neighborhood), explaining that the neighborhoods were selected according to specific criteria, and the rest of the areas and neighborhoods that will benefit from the real estate registry in different regions of the Kingdom will be announced in the coming periods.
The CRA also clarified that the following neighborhoods will benefit from the real estate registry. The Real Estate Authority explained that the first registration of properties in these areas will be available through the electronic real estate registry platform https://rer.sa/rer-services-ar/ or through service centers, indicating that in-kind registration requires the existence of a title deed that meets the statutory requirements to complete the registration process.
The Authority called on property owners in the areas and neighborhoods benefiting from the real estate registry to verify the title deed of the property and the availability of the necessary requirements in preparation for the start of registration, and inquiries about the registration steps can be made through the official platforms of the Authority or by calling the Customer Service Center 199002.
