He said: Real Estate Registry since its establishment has worked to follow international best practices and employ the latest technologies in implementing geospatial operations that include manned aircraft, drones, digital geospatial systems and solutions, remote sensing technologies, artificial intelligence, and GPS satellite positioning.

Sulaiman explained that Real Estate Registry will produce a reliable and up-to-date real estate map that is the first of its kind in the Kingdom, covering an area of more than 100,000 km2 in the urban area, with targets of up to 8 million pieces, with a data volume of up to 5000 terabytes.
<He pointed out that these technologies will contribute to enhancing reliability and transparency in the real estate sector, ensuring its sustainability and increasing its investment attractiveness, which will reflect on its contribution to GDP and achieve the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. The ESRI conference, which was launched in 1981, is one of the largest global events for geospatial information systems, attended by thousands of attendees and where government and private organizations showcase the latest technologies, products and solutions in various fields.
It is noteworthy that the CEO of the Land Registry held a bilateral meeting during the conference with the CEO of ESRI during which they discussed ways to develop geospatial information systems and applications in the Kingdom, modern technologies that can be utilized to increase the efficiency of cadastral work and technologies that can be utilized in the implementation of real estate registration, and support the strategy of the Land Registry in building a comprehensive real estate registry for all real estate information and data in the Kingdom.
