The first theme focuses on “Planning and Urban Design as a key pillar in the sustainability of municipal work, where the conference sessions in this aspect will address the role of modern technology in developing sustainable urban planning and design processes, the importance of legislation in achieving sustainability of municipal work, in addition to strategies to preserve water resources in cities, and the most prominent models and successful practices in this field will be reviewed.The second theme focuses on ”Sustainable Urban Planning and Design“
The second theme, ”Sustainable Municipal Economy“, focuses on the importance of sustainable municipal work in supporting economic growth and its impact on the economy, the available municipal investment opportunities and their role in promoting a sustainable economy, and the diversification of funding sources for municipal projects while reviewing successful applied practices in the field of sustainable municipal work and their impact on economic growth.
The conference will also review the most prominent models and successful practices in this field. In the third theme, ”Management and operation for more sustainable cities,“ the conference will review the latest methods in waste management and recycling, the use of modern technologies and artificial intelligence in sustainable municipal work and enhancing the concept of quality of life in cities, in addition to the role of governance and renewable energy in promoting sustainability, while highlighting successful experiences in managing and operating infrastructure and sustainable municipal work.
The conference will examine the third theme under the title ”Governance and Operation for More Sustainable Cities," in addition to the role of governance and renewable energy in promoting sustainability.
