Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice Chairman of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, has officially announced her appreciation and support for the new development plans and supervision of the creative complex in Dubai Design District (d3) as a specialized creative complex. Her Highness will make significant contributions to the success of this project given her expertise in encouraging creative talents and promoting Dubai's unique cultural assets.

Dubai Design District (d3) management revealed that the first phase of the master plan has been completed and that the complex is located in an area of one million square feet. Situated alongside newly developed flagship buildings, it will serve as a thriving cultural center that will inspire emerging designers and artists and attract visitors to the area.

The creative community design by Foster + Partners includes flexible offices, co-working facilities, outdoor exhibition spaces, pedestrian spaces, attractive gardens built with a contemporary architectural approach, as well as attracting the best green development solutions. These elements will blend with year-round activities and events to create a vibrant and creative environment.
