Registration of 239,348 pieces of real estate in Riyadh, Qassim and Madinah begins

The Real Estate Registry announced today the start of receiving registration requests for (239,348) real estate pieces distributed in the cities of Riyadh, Medina, and Buraydah.

The Real Estate Registry explained that registration in Riyadh includes the neighborhoods of (Al Saada, Al Faihaa, Al Suli, Al Jazeera, Al Noor, Al Aziziyah, Al Masanah, Al Mansoura, Khanshalila, Al Rimal, King Khalid International Airport, Sidra, Al Bayan, Al Janadriyah, Al Nadim, Al Nadwa, Al Ramaya, Al Safa, Al Farouq).

Riyadh's real estate registry. In Madinah, the registration includes the neighborhoods (part of Wadi Al Battan, part of Dawaa, part of Al Aqeel), and in Buraydah, the registration covers the neighborhoods (Al Nahda, Al Rawda, Al Rayyan, Al Iskan, Al Falah, Al Nakheel, Al Zarqa, Al Manar, Al Hamar North, Al Hamar South, Al Olaya).

The new title deed includes the exact geographical location of the property, its owner's data and descriptions, its condition, its rights and obligations and all real estate transactions that occur on it, to be the basis for documenting ownership and the real estate rights resulting from it, thus contributing to the sustainability and enhancement of the real estate sector and its key enablers.

The real estate registry announced that it will issue a property number and a title deed for each real estate unit that is registered, as part of its efforts to increase the reliability and transparency of the sector. <The Public Authority for Real Estate announced a number of neighborhoods within the areas benefiting from the real estate registry, which are determined according to several criteria, and based on the Authority's role as the competent authority for the in-kind registration of real estate in accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers and the provisions of the Real Estate In-Kind Registration System. The National Company for Real Estate Registration Services (Real Estate Registry) will carry out the work of establishing and managing the real estate registry in the Kingdom using geospatial data and modern technologies through an integrated digital platform that contributes to enhancing transparency and confidence in real estate services and data.
