<More than two million electronic reconciliation sessions have been held through taradhi.moj.gov.sa since its inception, benefiting more than 4 million beneficiaries, while more than 370,000 reconciliation documents have been issued. The reconciliation tracks include: Personal status, traffic, real estate, criminal, commercial, intellectual property, financial, and medical errors. The center aims to spread the culture of reconciliation in society; to become the socially and economically preferred alternative to settle disputes, through qualified and specialized reconcilers in various dispute tracks, within institutional procedures.
The reconciliation documents issued by the platform are considered executive bonds that can be executed through the enforcement court in case of breach of the agreements written in the document, and the beneficiary's journey from “Taradhi” has also witnessed development by launching a number of features and characteristics that contribute to facilitating and accelerating reconciliation procedures and reducing the human burden and effort, in addition to applying electronic integration with internal authorities, exchanging data between systems and improving infrastructure to ensure system stability.
