According to the Real Estate Authority, the Business Accelerators initiative is an intensive program designed to promote the growth and expansion of entrepreneurial and startup companies within a specific timeframe by providing a comprehensive range of services, including coworking spaces and specialized business development services, including consulting, mentoring, and training, as well as facilitating access to investors to accelerate the development, growth, and expansion of startups and entrepreneurial companies, and to ensure they are properly established to support the real estate sector and increase its contribution to Saudi Arabia’s GDP.
