The General Authority for Real Estate revealed the objectives and services of the Business Accelerators Initiative, which is one of the initiatives of the Saudi Protech Center , which was launched on the first day of the Global Protech Summit organized by the Authority under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing and in strategic partnership with the National Housing Company.
According to the Real Estate Authority, the Business Accelerators Initiative is an intensive program to promote the growth and expansion of entrepreneurial and emerging companies within a specific time period by providing a comprehensive set of services that include shared workspaces, specialized business development services, including consulting, guidance and training, in addition to facilitating access to investors in order to accelerate the development, growth and expansion of emerging and entrepreneurial companies, and to work on establishing them properly to support the real estate sector and increase its contribution to the GDP of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
