Sulaiman explained that Real Estate Registry represents a new stage in the use of real estate technologies to support the real estate sector and enhance its sustainability and growth, through the efforts made by the Registry in registering real estate, to establish a comprehensive real estate register for all properties in the Kingdom, which will be a reliable reference that provides accurate information about the history of each property and the changes that have occurred to it, in addition to the rights and obligations associated with it. This is through an integrated digital platform that enables real estate owners to easily manage their real estate units, execute real estate transactions and document rights and obligations, with a range of services that provide added value to beneficiaries.

The launch of the technology strategy is part of the Kingdom's efforts to establish a comprehensive real estate registry for all real estate in the Kingdom. The launch of the Land Registry's real estate technology strategy will enable real estate technology companies to join the Sandbox pilot environment and benefit from the data and information of real estate properties and real estate transactions to provide various solutions and products to their customers and rely on them in making investment decisions, noting that the Land Registry will continue to hold strategic partnerships with real estate technology companies to enrich the real estate sector and achieve its sustainability and prosperity.
