The Real Estate Registry launched a service to view ownership registration deeds and the ”Waqib” service to follow the news of the Real Estate Registry through the “Tawakkalna” application, the comprehensive national application of the Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence "SDAIA".

The Real Estate Registry service aims to promote digital transformation in the real estate sector, improve the experience of beneficiaries and enable them to access their real estate ownership data and information through the Tawakkalna application, and achieve integration and cooperation with relevant government agencies to provide a quality digital experience for beneficiaries in line with the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

The Real Estate Registry indicated that property owners can view ownership registration documents issued by the Real Estate Registry through the "My Information" page under the "My Documents" section, and they will appear in "My Properties." It is also possible to follow the news of the Real Estate Registry and the areas where registration has begun through the "Waqib" service.

For his part, the CEO of the Real Estate Registry, Dr. Mohammed Al-Sulaiman, explained that the launch of the service comes within the framework of the Real Estate Registry’s ongoing efforts in cooperation with the General Authority for Real Estate and the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority "SDAIA" to achieve integration and partnership with government agencies to provide quality digital services, in addition to improving the experience of beneficiaries and enabling them to access their real estate ownership documents easily and conveniently, which enhances reliability and transparency in the real estate sector.

Al-Sulaiman added that the step is in line with the qualitative developments witnessed by the comprehensive national application "Tawakkalna", which provides a wide range of electronic services to citizens, residents and visitors, and what the Kingdom is witnessing in terms of developmental progress and qualitative leaps in digital transformation and the use of data and artificial intelligence technologies, which has played an active role in the development of e-government services.

The Real Estate Registry continues its work in registering real estate in the real estate areas benefiting from the Real Estate Registry. The Real Estate Registry will issue a "property number" and a title deed for each real estate unit that is registered. The new title deed includes the exact geographical location of the property, the data of its owner, its descriptions, its condition, and the rights and obligations that follow it, and all real estate transactions that occur to it, to be a basis for documenting ownership and the real estate rights resulting from it, in a way that contributes to the sustainability and strengthening of the real estate sector and its main enablers.
