He explained that this ceremony was held during the Cityscape Global Exhibition. He explained that this honor comes within the framework of the Ministry's keenness to sustain the real estate sector and respond to the growing demand for housing units, noting that the “Support and Empowerment Program” comes within the framework of the unlimited support and efforts exerted by the Housing Supply Stimulation and Real Estate Development Agency to promote the real estate development industry in the Kingdom.
He added.
He added: “We seek in the Agency to provide support, support, training and qualification services to the sector, so that contractors and real estate developers participating in the ”Support and Empowerment“ program and with the support of success partners can obtain a number of privileges, including a real estate developer qualification certificate, providing guarantees through the “Kafalah” program for financing entities, enabling them to obtain support from the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises “Monshaat” through the “Worthy” program, in addition to accreditation from the National Housing Company (NHC) and obtaining a real estate developer qualification certificate for sales projects on the map.
The ceremony witnessed a number of real estate alliances between local and international real estate development companies to enhance cooperation and raise efficiency in the real estate sector, which contributes to achieving the Kingdom's aspirations towards sustainable real estate development.
His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing launched the second edition of the largest real estate event, Cityscape Global 2024, under the theme “The Future of Life”, in the presence of a number of Their Highnesses and Excellencies ministers and senior officials of government agencies, companies, real estate developers - locally and internationally - and financing entities, where His Excellency announced the launch of many projects and strategic agreements worth more than 180 billion riyals.
