Al-Said Project Exhibition

The Al-Sa’id Project exhibition provides citizens with an opportunity to learn about the project’s benefits, review its details, and to have their questions answered regarding the application process and participation in the digital public auction launched by the Municipality for the first time to sell a residential development using modern technology.

The total area of the “Al-Said Project” is 60,000 square meters and comprises 445 residential lots, fully supported by services and with infrastructure ready for construction.

The development is distinguished by its strategic location within a rapidly growing area, adjacent to the Al-Falah and Al-Hamdaniyah neighborhoods, and near King Abdulaziz Airport and King Abdullah Sports City, and the Abhur Corniche waterfront. It is flanked by a number of commercial, educational, and medical facilities. The project is also designed to include a large central park at its heart, serving as a gathering place for residents and contributing to an improved quality of life.

The digital public auction will run for 30 days from the date of the announcement on the official gazette’s website, published on Thursday, the 5th of Jumada al-Awwal 1446 AH, corresponding to November 7, 2024 AD.

The steps to participate in the digital public auction for the sale of the “Al-Said Project” are as follows: Visit the Jeddah Municipality Digital Services Portal “Afراد” via the direct link, logging in through the Unified National Access Portal, clicking on the link to the auction platform for the sale of the plot to view the land map, then selecting the desired plot and submitting a purchase offer after reviewing its details.
