NHC celebrates the graduation of 150 graduates from the fourth batch of the Wa'ed program and launches a scholarship pathway

The fourth edition of Wa'ed program is an extension of the previous batches, realizing its vision to invest in the development of the next generation of recent graduates in various disciplines and includes a number of tracks in engineering, information technology, software development, project management, user experience, human resources, finance, business administration, law, and other related disciplines, and the program also provided trainees with many competitive benefits, such as rewarding monthly bonuses, medical insurance, and graduation bonus for successful passers.

Wa'ed program is an extension of the previous batches. NHC explained that the Wa'ed program aims to enrich the real estate development industry and support the Saudi labor market with ambitious drivers, by qualifying and developing the human capabilities of recent graduates and preparing them professionally for the labor market using the best training channels. It also seeks to create quality opportunities for young men and women in different regions of the Kingdom. NHC designed the program according to a five-year plan that aims to train and qualify more than 500 candidates from recent graduates by 2025, as part of its efforts to support and develop local content with training programs that attract future young talents, to enable them to acquire the necessary experiences and skills in multiple fields, by working with highly experienced professionals, in order to contribute to achieving the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
