Under the auspices of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, the Saudi Society for Urban Sciences, the 4th Saudi Urban Planning and Real Estate Forum and Exhibition 2025 at King Saud University in Riyadh, starting on Tuesday, January 14, and continuing through Thursday, January 16.

The fourth edition of Saudi Urbanism and Real Estate Forum and Exhibition , which will feature a select group of real estate experts and speakers, will focus on three main themes: smart construction technology and artificial intelligence, with a focus on sustainable urban development planning that addresses environmental issues, drawing on global and regional experiences in housing development, and applying digital solutions to achieve sustainability in smart cities.

The second theme examines project management methods and monitoring of implementation during the construction and operation phases, with a focus on analyzing current and future real estate market trends in line with Vision 2040, while highlighting the role of digital transformation and its impact on real estate and housing.

The forum will also address social and economic development, which is directly linked to the impact of urban projects on local communities and their role in promoting economic growth. This development includes financing housing projects that serve individuals and companies, and providing solutions such as sales to facilitate real estate ownership.

It is worth noting that the Saudi Urbanism Forum is an annual event organized by the Saudi Society for Urban Sciences with the royal approval of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. The forum brings together a select group of academics, officials, and experts, and decision-makers from the public and private sectors to discuss the most prominent urban planning issues.
