The Riyadh Municipality announced that it has made available the service of requesting the building system for a plot of land, through electronic services, through easy steps, to view the regulatory controls for the plot of land and its use, according to a developed mechanism to improve the beneficiary experience.
The Secretariat explained that the spatial portal and the My City application allow the user to view information about the land plot, which facilitates access to municipal and geospatial information in the Riyadh region, and provides many search and display options for the location of the neighborhood or plan, within the framework of the Secretariat’s efforts to facilitate services provided to residents and to promote urban development.
The Secretariat’s spatial portal contributes to the exploration of the spatial environment by individuals or companies, through a range of diverse options and features in searching and displaying data.
It is worth noting that the building permit application service comes within the framework of the Riyadh Municipality's initiatives to raise the level of transparency and trust in real estate investment, promote fairness and equal rights for the community in accessing information easily and conveniently, leading to a distinctive digital experience that enhances the quality of life.
