The General Real Estate Authority (GRA) has announced that the deadline for the first in-kind registration of 316 neighborhoods in Qassim, including 130 neighborhoods in Buraydah, 55 neighborhoods in Unayzah, 23 neighborhoods in Al-Bukairiyah, 28 neighborhoods in Al-Bada'i, 48 neighborhoods in Al-Ras, 16 neighborhoods in Al-Khabeer, Al-Sahabin, and 16 neighborhoods in Riyadh Al-Khabeer, will expire on Thursday.

The Authority emphasized that failure to register properties within the period specified in the announcement decision exposes their owners to the financial penalties stipulated in the Real Estate Registration Law, which is determined by a committee specialized in considering violations, and that requests for real estate registration continue in all declared areas even after the expiration of the registration period specified in the announcement decision.
