With the participation of major specialized companies and international brands in the food, beverage and hospitality sector, Riyadh will host this evening the exhibition “HORECA Saudi Arabia 2015” at the Riyadh International Exhibition and Convention Center under the patronage of the Minister of Commerce and Industry, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, and the Saudi Exhibition and Marketing Organization Company (SEMARC), specialized in event management, exhibitions and marketing solutions, and will last for three days from 4 pm to 10 pm.

On this occasion, Badr Al Rajhi explained that HORECA Saudi Arabia has received the confidence of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for the fourth consecutive time, so that the food, beverage and hospitality sector in Saudi Arabia has become a major influence through its annual activities in the Gulf and will shift the compass of the food sector in the Kingdom to global horizons in the future.

Rajhi stressed that the Saudi food, beverage and hospitality sector has become influential through its annual activities in the Gulf and will transform the compass of the food sector to global horizons in the future. Al Rajhi emphasized that the sectors of meat preservation and meat products, fish products, fruits and vegetables, animal and vegetable oils and fats, dairy, bakery products, sugar, cocoa, chocolate and confectionery, pasta industry and pasta slices are the most exhibited this year, turning HORECA Saudi 2015 into the largest gathering in the world of food and beverages in the Kingdom.

HORECA Saudi Arabia 2015 is the largest food and beverage exhibition in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. More than 100 top local and international chefs will compete in a competition to showcase their talents to the public and experts, with a panel of expert judges evaluating the final dishes, creativity and innovation.

The exhibition will be accompanied by a gastronomic competition.
