• The existence of a valid commercial register, which includes among its authorized activities the activity of real estate brokerage.
• The responsible manager must be qualified to practice the activity, as determined by the Authority.
• The responsible manager must be fully competent and not convicted of a crime against honor or honesty, unless he has been rehabilitated.
• Providing a training certificate for the manager or employees within the facility, proving that they have passed the qualification program approved by the Real Estate Institute.
• Pay the license fee specified by the Authority.
• Compliance with any other organizational conditions stipulated in the approved regulations.
