The Land and Urban Planning Agency of Tabuk Municipality issued more than 1400 cadastral decisions during the first half of 2025, as part of its efforts in issuing cadastral decisions to promote sustainable urban development, improve urban planning and meet the needs of citizens efficiently and quickly.

The Undersecretary of Land and Urban Planning, Engineer Ibrahim Najim Al-Huwaiti, explained that the agency has completed 1438 cadastral requests during the past six months. The Undersecretary for Urban Planning and Land, Engineer Ibrahim Najim Al-Huwaiti, explained that the agency has completed (1438) cadastral requests during the past six months, with a completion time that did not exceed one day for each request, stressing that cadastral decisions play a pivotal role in supporting urban development by facilitating the sorting of land and buildings, issuing building permits, accelerating the construction movement and developing urban projects, focusing on the importance of identifying real estate instruments; to enhance property documentation and ensure citizens' rights.

Results of the cadastral decisions have been made in the past six months. He pointed out that these efforts come within a clear vision aimed at achieving sustainable development and enhancing the efficiency of services provided to citizens in line with the aspirations of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, stressing the continuation of work to improve performance and accelerate services to meet the needs of the community and achieve a balance between urban planning and preserving the urban identity of Tabuk.
